The project attempts to maximize the potential of the tight plot by using split levels. The wedge shape site allowed for a wider entrance by breaking the two wings of the Nurses Dormitory, hence, occupying more of the site periphery. A sectional split allowed for breaking the corridor length and increasing the number of levels fostering effective interaction zones. The lower levels of the building is programmed as common facility which enhances the idea of community living by way of its open accessibility.
The facade is viewed as a layered wrap that negotiates climatic forces with the regulatory arbitrariness.
